Some bloke said he was from Sky, saying there was a problem with my broadband speed or summat and wanted to check stuff. Then he asked if I had a laptop, phone or tablet and told me to get an app to let them get into my device. As soon as I realised, I just ended the call quick because the longer you stay on, the more they try grabbing your personal details.
