I’m pleased they rang, 'cos I’d had some trouble with the satnav. They were really helpful and sorted a refund without me having to go back and forth with emails, which was a win. I’m a FREQUENT renter with Enterprise. They keep ringing me for reviews. Like someone else mentioned, why don’t they just ask these questions and get you to sign off when you drop the car back? I suppose it’s to stop branches from faking the feedback, but there’s gotta be a way to collect just a couple of simple questions on return, which would save the company a ton on hiring outside research firms. If they actually recognised I’m a loyal customer, it should be proof they’re doing something alright!!

I always use Enterprise for work purposes. I really don’t like getting calls in the evening when I’m off work. Why is it so hard for them to call during the daytime instead?!

I got a call from Enterprise, I've rented from them for years but this was the first time they called for feedback. I was intrigued so I asked the bloke what the registration number was of the car I rented. He couldn’t tell me. I said, "Enterprise, you’re a big company, and you don’t even know the reg?" He just said “Goodnight” and hung up.

They just ask you a couple of straightforward questions through a third-party company, which helps them get better at what they do. Sure, they ask a few things when you drop off the car, but this follow-up call isn’t from the branch itself, so it’s easier for folks to be honest if they didn’t want to say anything in person.

I've recently used Alamo car hire and honestly, I think they care about customer satisfaction. From my experience, it seems like they want to make things better, and I reckon getting feedback from customers like us is probably how they try to improve.
