So I got a call from a bloke with a pretty neutral British accent, and he just goes, "Hi, is this ***my first name***?" I said yeah. Then he says, "Alright, thanks, we’ll get back to you," and just hangs up. It was kinda odd since not many peeps actually pronounce my first name proper, especially since it’s foreign.
