On a Saturday morning around 10:30, I got a call from someone called William James who said there was a problem with my computer. I told him I wasn’t interested in following any of his instructions, but instead of ending the call politely, he started calling me names like dumb and stupid! Normally, I enjoy messing about with these bogus callers, but this one was really stubborn and kept going for nearly seven minutes before finally hanging up!
