Some bloke called claiming to be from a contract support team but never said what company he was with. He mentioned something about missold contracts, I’m guessing it’s to do with timeshares. I hung up, then he rang back. They threatened to get their manager involved and said they’d keep ringing me. When I asked them to take my number off their cold call list, they just ended the call. Proper rude, honestly.

When I rather brusquely inquired about the purpose of the call, he simply quipped, "Nothing, you’ve got an attitude problem," and then promptly hung up. I recently encountered a so-called 'Contract Support Centre' that was peddling supposedly 'free' legal guidance regarding timeshare agreements. Their tactic seemed to revolve around instilling fear, warning that if the company were to fold, the administrators would endlessly hound you for unpaid maintenance dues. When I mentioned I'd consulted the advice available on the government’s official site regarding such calls, they asked if they had a website of their own - lo and behold, they didn't! I made it clear I'd prefer to heed the government's counsel instead. Cheers, and off I went!
