I answered with a 'hello' and the bloke said he was Gavin, ringing about some government-backed loft insulation I'd supposedly had done recently... right in my loft. I just cut the call off straight away, didn’t bother saying anything else.

Some bloke called, said his name was Mark, trying to sell a free insulation inspection or something. The line was awful, really hard to make out what he was saying, so I told him I couldn't hear properly and he just hung up on me.

Got a couple of calls but no voicemail left.

So I got a call from a UK number starting with 01628 but turns out that’s also used in India. The call was silent and then the person just hung up. Bit odd if you ask me.
