Got a call from some call centre claiming they were based in Leicester, but it was clear they were miles away. They said they needed to ask me “a couple of quick questions”. As usual, I kept it simple and said no thanks to their questions. Then they just hung up on me! Not only was it annoying, but it felt like harassment too. Proper rude behaviour.
