I reckon it was some sort of robotic bloke pretending to be from BT tech support. They said my internet would get cut off in a day because they’d found some hacking on my IP or something. They asked me to hit certain buttons on my phone, which honestly sounded dodgy. Having a recording wouldn’t have done much anyway.
