I think I dialled the wrong digits, I meant to call 0161 8148291 instead.

Picked up the phone and said hello, then heard that weird transfer sound and loads of chatter in the background like a call centre. Someone then said they were from a local energy advice service or something, but I just hung up straight away. The number was from Manchester, which is usually a warning sign, definitely not someone local for me.
