I got a robo call telling me that my Amazon Prime trial had finished and that my bank would be charged around £70 today because my subscription was now active. The message said if I wanted to talk about it, I should press 1 to reach a manager, but I didn’t press anything. I did have a free trial a while back but cancelled it well before it ended. To be safe, I logged into my Amazon account and confirmed I don’t have Prime right now. Pretty clear this is a con.
