Got a call showing a local number on my phone, but when I picked up, it was someone claiming to be from 'Visa' telling me there was a suspicious £800 charge on Amazon. I told the caller I don’t even own a Visa, and then they switched to asking if I had a Mastercard! Definitely a dodgy scam. I have no idea how they get these local numbers to show up, so just a heads up to everyone to watch out for this sort of trick.
