My provider told me this was just another spam caller.

These lot were clearly fishing for my info, asking all about what insurance I might have. I didn’t cough up anything, just told them they’d dialled the wrong number, but they kept insisting I was who they wanted. Proper dodgy bunch. I managed to keep them chatting for ages without slipping up. Well, at least this time they didn’t bother anyone else I suppose!
