Got a call from some dodgy number but they didn’t bother leaving a voicemail. Proper calls usually leave a message so you can call back.

It’s definitely one of those annoying sales calls. That glowing review is probably fake, maybe from someone who works there. Had to block the number once more 😠

Totally a rip-off, avoid picking up. The so-called good review is clearly penned by the company or the caller themselves, you can tell by the style of writing.

Got a call from this call centre, said it was about life insurance but kept dodging when I asked who they really were. Strangely, they used my old surname from over a decade ago! Said they were just doing some review of how things are done in the insurance world. Didn't feel right at all.

I got a call from EH Reclaim and the person was really courteous and knew their stuff about the Plevin (PPI) claim I’m planning to make. It’s nice to hear someone on the phone who actually sounds knowledgeable and polite, unlike most calls I get from banks or insurance places.
