Clearly, this was just a phone number that was nicked temporarily for some sort of stolen line tracking. The landline itself is genuine and trustworthy. Loads of phone numbers from the same area code got hacked one after another, as the scammer - who’s based in the US - moved from one number to the next. Now, everything’s been fixed and the line is back with the rightful owner, and it was never involved with any billing problems. Take this down from your site or we’ll take legal action. Honestly, I’m someone who knows what’s going on here.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon, saying my Prime membership was up for renewal - which I don’t even have. It was an automated voice telling me to press 1. Pretty clear scam from the start. Just a heads up to anyone else getting calls like this.
