a lady with a strange accent called asking for 'mr david' but when i said she had the wrong person she just hung up. we tried calling back the number but after a brief pause there was this weird sound, kind of like the busy tone you'd hear here in the uk, but not quite the same. it happened a few more times when we tried again. the number popped up as a local macclesfield code on our phone, but i’m pretty sure it’s actually from overseas, which seemed quite strange, so we ended up blocking it.
