Clearly, they had no agents available to trouble me at that moment. Instead, all I was left with was an incessant tone. It's worth noting that this particular landline, which has never been listed in directories, has been registered with the Telephone Preference Service for quite some time now. It seems they've either randomly dialled my number or acquired it from a source, despite my efforts to safeguard it from being shared.

They go by the name Claims Angels and seem to be reaching out to individuals to assist them in reclaiming funds linked to their midsole PPI.
