They claimed to be linked with the FAA, which in the US is some government debt agency, nothing to do with the actual FAA here in England that deals with pilot licences. Total con artists, definitely not a legit firm.

It seems to be some sort of investigative agency. I spoke with an Indian lady who struggled a bit with her English, pronouncing her name as "Nicola," or something like "neeecoola." Honestly, it's a shame to encounter such individuals. With everything going on in the world, it’s infuriating that these parasites are preying on people who are already in a tough spot. It’s truly contemptible behaviour, downright disgraceful if you ask me.

I returned the call to that number, and they mentioned my name, rambling on about Citizens Advice and something to do with COVID-19, which didn’t quite add up. When I requested clarification, the call was abruptly terminated. I won't be investigating any further and will be lodging a report instead.
