I decided to mess with him a bit, spelling out my surname with random instrument names like Euphonium (E-U-P-H-O-N-I-U-M) and Trombone (T-R-O-M-B-O-N-E) for the letters he wanted. He got more and more flustered as I carried on, until eventually he just gave up and hung up. Seriously, these scammy types trying to trick people need to be stopped.
