5 yearsDon't trust those calls claiming you’ve been in a car crash and asking for your insurance info. It’s a classic scam, trying to trick you out of your details. Stay alert and don’t give them anything!5 yearsI received a rather dubious call from someone claiming we’d been involved in a car accident, insisting they needed our insurance particulars or they would notify the police (how quaint!). Naturally, they didn’t even know our vehicle registration, which clearly screamed scam. The chap on the other end had a rather noticeable Asian accent and seemed to struggle with his English - truth be told, he didn’t have a strong grasp on much, really. Amused, I decided to entertain his nonsense for a bit. The more I spelled out the words they were fishing for, the more agitated he became. For instance, when he asked for my last name, I took the liberty of using musical terms: E for Euphonium (E-U-P-H-O-N-I-U-M) and T for Trombone (T-R-O-M-B-O-N-E), as those letters are part of my surname. In the end, he ended the call in utter frustration. It’s infuriating that these lowlifes are preying on unsuspecting individuals. Let’s not allow these dodgy scammers to succeed-remember, SCUMBAGS is spelled S-C-U-M-B-A-G-S! Wishing you all a splendid Christmas!5 yearsI got a call from someone who said they were with Minster Law, telling me I had made a claim about a road traffic accident. That’s not true at all. I did have a crash, but it was completely my fault and nobody got hurt.Minster Law5 yearsI've been plagued by these con artists for ages now, and they seem to find it all rather amusing. It's a bloke who’s clearly got a few screws loose, along with a right cheeky bird from Macclesfield. Honestly, they're the very definition of bottom feeders.Macclesfield5 yearsThis bunch are nothing but con artists, always spinning tales just to get their hands on your cash. Don't hold back-feel free to be as blunt and impolite with them as you want!5 yearsSo, this number called me and asked for someone I’ve never heard of. When I said I didn’t know who they were talking about, they just hung up on me. Proper odd, right? Has anyone else had a ring from this number?5 yearsRaising money for Islamic charitable causes to be sent to the West Bank?
