A chap claimed he was calling from Carphone Warehouse. I swiftly ended the call and added the number to my block list.

I received a call purporting to be from Carphone Warehouse. The person on the other end was speaking at lightning speed, pushing me to consider upgrading my mobile. However, as soon as I declined, they abruptly ended the call. It felt quite dodgy, if I’m honest. The only reason I picked up was because my phone identified the number as being from Macclesfield.

Received a call from an Asian gentleman purporting to be from Car Phone Warehouse, which I found rather odd as I’ve never actually bought a phone from them nor am I in the market for one! It felt very much like a scam—definitely a dodgy caller if you ask me.

I received a call on my mobile earlier, but the caller's details are a bit of a mystery as I'm not familiar with the number. To be honest, only a select few have my mobile, so it’s curious.

It seems these chaps have been ringing me non-stop from a multitude of numbers, allegedly linked to Carphone Warehouse. I've had enough, so I've gone ahead and added them to my block list.

Is this a spam attempt? I’m out of minutes at the moment, so I couldn't ring the number back. I assumed they would try reaching out to me again after I missed their call, but as of now, nothing has come through. It'll be interesting to see how this unfolds.
