This sort of behaviour should be rigorously addressed under OFCOM guidelines. Honestly, these individuals ought to be held accountable; they can't just ring anyone without uttering a word! I was right in the thick of a business meeting when they decided to intrude. Honestly, it’s infuriating! They really should be barred from calling at all and slapped with fines for such unsolicited calls. It's downright disgraceful!
