I received a call from someone purporting to be from the EE Promotions team in North Acton, saying they were set to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 14 and would be dispatching it on the very same day. It's worth noting that the iPhone 14 isn't even available for purchase yet! What a load of nonsense!
