This company has been pretty good with sorting out my cavity wall insulation that was put in a couple of years back but started causing problems recently. Feels quite trustworthy, especially after a certified surveyor checked the house last week and backed up the issues. Got a solicitor involved at the moment. Also chatted to a bloke called Chris who comes across as honest and willing to help.

Some woman called saying she was from 'Be Insured' claiming they were checking extra tax I supposedly paid on my life insurance. But she wouldn’t give me any details about the policy and was really condescending and quite rude too!

Got a call from someone wanting to chat about my life insurance policy, but they didn’t know anything about my health. When my husband pointed out they supposedly had all my info and asked what exactly they wanted, she just said her manager would ring back and then dropped the call. We decided to make up stuff just to see what they’d do since I don’t actually have any life insurance.
