I reckon this call was supposed to be a reminder for an appointment at Macc Hospital, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to function as it ought to. Instead of the expected message, all I’m met with is silence. It appears to only happen right before my appointments, usually within a day or two. Quite frustrating, really!
