I’m receiving an incessant stream of calls from individuals inquiring about someone named Victoria Langton – a complete made-up character! It's utterly infuriating! Our number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so these calls should be a no-go for them in the first place.

I've received multiple calls from this number over the past couple of days, but each time there's only silence on the other end! Quite odd, really.

I've received no fewer than four calls from these folks today, each spaced an hour apart over a four-hour stretch. It's rather peculiar, though, because every time I answered, there was nothing but dead air on the line. How bizarre!

I've just received another call from this number, but this time the caller claimed to be from BT Openreach. They mentioned that there had been an attempt to breach my broadband connection. To that, I couldn't help but respond, “Oh, I assume you want me to log onto my computer and hand over my password, then?” This nonsense really ought to be put to bed.

Received a call purportedly from BT Openreach claiming there was an issue with my computer. Definitely a scam!

"Hi there, it's Eric from Microsoft regarding your PC. Total con job!"

My elderly mother received calls from this number not once, but twice today, claiming to be from BT regarding her broadband. It's concerning, as many senior citizens might not have someone close by to comfort them during such calls. This situation really ought to be addressed properly.

An Indian woman has been persistently calling my elderly mother, claiming she’s experiencing issues with her computer and internet connection. It’s quite distressing for her.

"BT OPENREACH". I’ve noticed some peculiar activity on my broadband connection. As a member of BT OPENREACH myself, I requested her employee ID number – something we all possess. She responded with a number that, curiously, was five digits too short. Clearly, this is a complete scam!

I've been receiving multiple calls this week from the same number, initially posing as BT Openreach and then claiming to be from Microsoft. It's clearly a dodgy scheme. Stay vigilant and avoid sharing any personal information!

Had three calls this morning, and every time the caller ID was different. Honestly, there’s not enough rubbish out there to convey the disdain I feel for these absolute fools.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from "BT Openreach," alleging they had noticed some strange activity coming from my computer. When I cheekily asked if they wanted to connect to my machine and grab my credit card info, they simply retorted with "Shut up" and abruptly hung up. Quite the amusing encounter!

I've been getting calls from this number lately, but whenever I answer, there’s just silence on the other end. It’s becoming quite tedious, to be honest.

I've been receiving calls from this number marked as "INTERNATIONAL" on my phone. Even though it resembles a legitimate UK area code, I can assure you it's not. They keep ringing me but never bother to leave a voicemail. I wouldn't trust this number at all.

This number keeps ringing me a couple of times each day, but when I pick up, there’s only silence before they hang up. I've decided to stop answering altogether and just let it ring.

Calls me on a daily basis. I’m not picking up. Seriously contemplating getting rid of my landline.

I keep getting calls from this number, and it pops up with "INTERNATIONAL" tagged on it. Even though it resembles a proper UK area code, something's off – it's definitely a scam. They ring repeatedly yet never bother to leave a voicemail. There's no doubt in my mind that this number is dodgy.

I reckon it was a dodgy call - as soon as I answered, they heard my male voice, and then the line just cut off straight away. I can’t say I’m keen on any calls like that!

I've received a fair number of these bizarre calls throughout the week, with the latest one just moments ago. Often, they either hang up without a word or remain completely silent, which I find rather unsettling. Honestly, I'm starting to feel quite apprehensive about answering my phone for anyone at all.

Just like the others mentioned, I had an Asian lady on the line claiming she was from BT Openreach. She stated that someone had supposedly been infiltrating my computer unlawfully and insisted I power it up. When I pushed back a bit, she simply disconnected the call.

I've received three calls from this number just this morning alone. I chose not to pick up any of them, letting the answering machine take care of it instead. I've been plagued by numerous dodgy automated scams in the past, so I'm not taking any chances.

A caller claimed to be from Microsoft, insisting that they had received notifications about issues with my computer. I informed them that I don’t own a Windows machine, and it was clear they were trying to pull a fast one. I promptly ended the call.

I received a call from this number claiming to be from BT one day, and then the following day, the same number rang me again, now purporting to be from Microsoft. Quite peculiar, isn't it?

01624 900756 - an absolute con! They were urging me to access my computer. Why is there no action taken against this number? Who ends up footing the bill for these nuisances? BT really ought to blacklist them permanently!

I've been inundated with calls from this number, receiving anything from three to ten a day. According to 1471, the caller is listed as 01624 900756, but honestly, I'm not sure how reliable that information is.

I realised I made a little slip in my last comment—should have mentioned 'Openreach' instead of 'Outreach'. Just demonstrating I'm a real person, not a bot!

I received a rather dodgy phone call from someone who spoke broken English with a heavy Asian accent, claiming to be from BT Openreach. They went on about how someone was supposedly tampering with my internet connection without my consent. I decided it was best to disconnect the call.

Just received a call from a woman with an Indian accent today. I told her to take a hike and promptly blocked the number. I’ve no doubt they’ll ring back from a different line soon enough. These scammers have a knack for it! Despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service, it seems those protections are futile against these persistent nuisances.
