5 yearsGot a call from 0840 2 the other day, an automated message claiming it was a warning about NI fraud. They asked me to press 1 to talk to someone, so I did. Straight away, a bloke with what sounded like a British accent came on the line. Before he could say much, I let out a good serve of some choice words and then hung up. What caught my attention was that the number seemed local, but when I checked using 1471, it gave me a different number that when dialled, just said it couldn’t be answered right then.
