Got a call early this morning around 7:08 from a lady with an Indian or Pakistani accent. She said there was an issue with my internet. I quickly told her to bugger off and ended up blocking the number. Definitely felt like a scam.

Someone rang me pretending to be from BT's security team. I told the person that the number they were using wasn’t linked to BT at all and that they were basically just annoying me. After that, they just ended the call.

Got a call on my home phone around 8.20 in the morning from someone claiming to be with BT broadband. I told him straight up I don't have BT broadband, but he kept going on about needing to test my internet speed. I said I wasn’t buying it and that sounded like a dodgy spam call to me, so I’d ring BT directly to sort it out. He then warned me I’d keep getting calls if I didn’t do it then and there. No chance mate, I’m not falling for that!

I’ve tried everything to block this number but it just keeps ringing. It’s honestly getting on my nerves now. Can’t seem to get it to stop!

this number rang me earlier, and the voicemail sounded proper scary, warning me about legal trouble if I didn’t get back to them.

Got a call from some bloke with an Asian accent, calling himself Ryan (yeah, right), claiming he was from BT Openreach wanting to chat about my internet. He spoke like he was in some empty shed or something. I told him sharpish the connection’s spot on, and he just hung up. Shame really, I was almost tempted to tell him to shove off or get well soon with a nasty bug.
