I have a Vauxhall Astra which wasnt bought from Evans Halshaw, yet ive had three recalls in the past year. Since then, ive been bombarded with emails about mot and services even though ive said many times i use my own local garage. The head office tells me to speak to the branch, the branch tells me to contact the head office. Ive just got back from holiday and their number is saved on my phone, ive called and emailed them loads of times asking to be taken off their list but they still keep ringing me. Ive finally had enough and blocked their number.

They belong to a big PLC and this kind of behaviour won’t help them keep loyal customers.
