I've been inundated with bothersome calls from these numbers: 01623810052, 01554680317 (which seems to be ringing my number twice!), and 01936135904. It's becoming rather tiresome, as they're relentless with the daily interruptions. What’s the best way to put a stop to these?

Countrywide Estate Agents? I'm absolutely sick of their persistent calls! I've never engaged with them in any capacity, so it’s clear something’s off here. I even received a voicemail from a woman mentioning “my property.” To be honest, she sounded fairly genuine, but I’m convinced it’s some sort of scam.

I had a bit of fun with them by speaking in an Indian accent and giving them a bit of cheek, and wouldn’t you know it - they hung up in quite a hurry!

I received a call from a lady who seemed to have an Asian background, but I couldn't quite decipher her message left on my voicemail. The audio quality was sadly quite dreadful. The only thing I could glean from it was her request for me to return her call on the same number. I attempted to ring her back about four times now, but each time I’m met with a recording stating, "The number you have dialled is not recognised." If this is genuinely a colleague from Countrywide, they ought to address the issues preventing proper communication with their clients!

I received a call from this number which rang twice before abruptly disconnecting. After doing a quick online search, I’m relieved to have looked it up as it turns out to be a scam. Do yourself a favour and avoid calling back. Unfortunately, these scams are still on the rise!

Received a call from Countrywide Lettings on Saturday, but their office was shut. Definitely sounds like a scam to me!

Received a call from this number earlier today. On my iPhone, it showed up as '00 1 (623) 721-222,' hailing from Arizona, USA.

I'm not sure if there’s been some sort of hiccup in iOS flagging it as an American line, but they seemed to have my personal information as well. It was a Middle Eastern chap on the voicemail. I'm planning to give them a call during my lunch break to confront them about their nonsense. After that, I’ll get in touch with Countrywide; either they have compromised our confidential information, or there’s some dodgy business going on. In any case, I intend to request a reduction in rent!

I just received a call from this number on my mobile, but didn't recognise it, so I decided to look it up here. The phone rang twice before the caller disconnected. I'm currently renting through Blundell's (part of the Countrywide Group), and there’s definitely a bit of a mess regarding my rent, but it's entirely their error! They refunded me a month’s rent last December, even though I had clearly stated there was no overpayment on my end. Then just this past Monday, they had the audacity to inform my landlord that we hadn't made our payment! Fortunately, my landlord is absolutely brilliant and is just as upset with them as I am, so we’re planning to take this further. But I must admit, I’m a bit uneasy about the prospect of people purporting to be from Countrywide may be trying to get in touch with me?? Time to do some serious digging............... I’ll be back with updates.............

I recently got a rather peculiar letter indicating that I owed £410 in rent, which struck me as odd since we share a house and each contribute £430. To clarify, I popped into my letting agents in Woolwich to inquire about any outstanding rent, and they assured me that everything was in order. So, I thought no more of it. However, today I received a voicemail instructing me to call 01623721222, extension 15604. Curious, I returned the call, and to my surprise, they seemed to have all my personal information. They proceeded to ask if I wished to settle my rent over the phone. I firmly stated I preferred to handle this directly with the letting agents instead. This seemed to incense the caller, who then demanded my bank details. Thankfully, I realised something was off and promptly terminated the call. I truly hope others don’t fall victim to this sort of scheme!

I've not encountered any issues with this particular number, but I did have a rather dubious experience with 08445701603. They rang me up, professing to be from Countrywide, and urged me to return the call at 01623721222, extension 15604. When I did, it just kept ringing, although it eventually played a message that sounded like Countrywide. Quite peculiar, I must say. Both my girlfriend and I received this call on a Saturday, but given that Countrywide is closed today, it all seems rather fishy. I'm convinced this is a scam.

I’ve come across these so-called countrywide residential letting agents, but they hardly live up to the name. Their grasp of English leaves much to be desired! While they managed to pull up my information accurately, they were completely oblivious to the fact that I’m a joint leaseholder. It’s quite baffling! They called me from 08445791603 and then instructed me to ring back at 01623721222 ext 15604. Strangely enough, I can’t find any connection between these numbers and countrywide at all. Plus, I’m scratching my head over how they managed to obtain all my details, including my full name with the middle names thrown in! It’s a right mystery!
