The option to cancel was rather vague (was this on purpose?), so I opted for 2 and ended up speaking to an Indian fellow with a heavy accent, who claimed to be from the "Fraud Department." There was a cacophony of noise in the background, which only heightened my suspicions that they were fishing for my card information.
