I really wish these calls would just quit already.

I’ve had calls from this number, plus 01162415307 and 01262676082, from a firm calling itself Consumer Creative. They use English-sounding names but have quite a strong Asian accent. When you finally get through, they’re really keen to say they’re not trying to sell you anything, but then they start asking a bunch of questions about your household and lifestyle. Today, a guy named Bob told me he was calling from India and that they’re trying to reach everyone in my whole county. With how often they’ve called me, they’ll be busy for ages trying to get through to everyone in Kent.
We’ve reported them to both TPS (we’re registered with them) and the ICO, but both say they can’t do anything about this.

Whenever my phone rings these days, I pick up sounding ancient and just mumble “hello” all weak-like. It’s funny how the person on the other end just kinda drops off after that. We’ve had quite enough of these random, unwanted calls coming in from all over the globe.

Just a few hours ago, I got a call on our home phone from this number. The guy introduced himself as Bob and had a thick Asian accent, saying he was calling on behalf of some place called 'Consumer Creative'. This company’s been ringing us nonstop lately from different numbers around the UK, so I asked Bob where he was calling from exactly. He admitted he was actually calling from India. Then he said they were reaching out to "everyone in your county" and that he wasn’t trying to sell anything, just doing a quick survey. I asked how long he reckoned it would take to contact everyone in Kent, and he didn’t answer. After that, I warned him that if they rang us again, I’d be reporting it to the police since it’s an unsolicited call. That’s when he just hung up.
