They said someone tried to buy something over £700 on my account and it’d been put on hold. They asked me to press 1 to talk. I wasn’t convinced so I ended the call and rang the number they showed. The person who answered was a man who told me he’d had calls like this too, and he was nothing to do with Amazon. You could hear it was a home phone from the background noise.
