I got a call out of the blue saying it was from my bank's security team, telling me there'd been two charges on my account. One was about £300 to Amazon and the other something like £1300 going abroad. They told me to press 1 to cancel the payments, but it didn’t sound right at all so I just ended the call. I’m definitely going to inform my bank about it just in case it’s some kind of scam.
