Absolutely comical! So, this chap named Michael claims to be from Ofcom's market research and is keen to have a word with the person handling the post. I had to tell him to take a hike because, quite frankly, we don’t entertain unsolicited calls. Then, wouldn’t you know it, he tries again with the identical plea. Seriously, Michael, do us all a favour and jog on!

They purport to be a market research outfit, yet Halifax insists otherwise. I've tried calling back, but no luck getting through.

Had two calls come through from the same number. When I tried to return the call, I got a message informing me that the number isn’t accepting calls. Quite odd, really!

Received a call purportedly from Halifax, asking me to participate in an online survey. They mentioned that I'd be eligible for a £10 Amazon voucher upon completion. Seemed a bit dodgy, if you ask me!
