Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, so I just ignored it. Too many times it’s been spam or telemarketers, so I don’t bother picking up. Pretty annoying tho!

i went on vancompare to get a quote for van insurance and made sure to select the no calls option. however, for the last two days, ive been bombarded with nonstop calls from them. to make things worse, they gave my number to other insurers even though i didnt agree to that. definitely reporting them to the tps.

I kept getting calls from this number, and the person on the line said they were from a van insurance broker or something like that. It was getting quite annoying, so I ended up blocking it after a few calls.

I got a call from 02036300563, which when checked online is marked as 'dangerous'. The person said they were from "van compare". After they asked me a couple of personal questions supposedly to verify my identity, I cut off the call. I then asked for a number to ring the company back on, and they gave me 01622828789. A quick search showed this belongs to a marketing firm called "populo". I decided not to pursue it further but wanted to share a warning here for anyone who might get calls from either of these numbers.
