3 yearsI got a recorded call claiming to be from my bank about two suspicious charges on my credit card that I supposedly hadn’t authorised - one was a big payment to Amazon and the other to some overseas company, both way over what I normally spend. The message told me to press 1 if the charges were legit or 2 to cancel them. I didn’t go along with it and called my bank straight away. They told me it was definitely a scam and that there were no such transactions on my account.
