My phone showed the caller as 'INTERNATIONAL', but when I checked the actual number, it was 01622-681-380, supposedly from Maidstone, which obviously isn’t an overseas number. This has to mean the caller faked their number somehow. When will BT sort this out and stop people from using fake caller IDs? They definitely have the tech to fix it, but unless we customers push them, nothing’s gonna change.
