Got a call off this number on 1st July at about 4.12pm, some person claiming to be with EE trying to push a contract upgrade on me - problem is, I’ve never had an EE contract. Asked where they were ringing from within the UK but they refused to say. I knew the STD code was Maidstone. The caller had an Asian accent but used a proper English name. They kept trying to tempt me with free gifts, but when I asked for a black Apple watch they’d supposedly got, they said they didn’t have any after all. We had a bit of a laugh for around 15 minutes before they just hung up on me.
