I looked up the number and it’s linked to a takeaway place in Kent. Strange thing is, I got a call claiming to be from "O2" offering 45% off my phone bill for two years. There was loads of noise in the background, seemed like a call centre somewhere like India. Plus, they don’t let you ring them back - instead, they try to arrange another call at a time that suits them. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
