Just had a rather frustrating chat with one of their representatives, who tried to sell me the idea of snagging a brand-new boiler at no cost (turns out I’m not eligible for that, wouldn’t you know!). They claim to represent a “green” firm based in Wakefield. Clearly, I’m on the T.P.S. list and I insisted on knowing how they obtained my number. This is at least the tenth time I’ve requested they take me off their list. They danced around the issue and when I asked to speak to a manager, it became apparent that the call wasn’t even from a Wakefield area code.
