I got a call supposedly from Sedgwick International, they said they deal with subsidence claims. They emailed me with a Leeds address but the call came from Maidstone, Kent, which seemed odd. The number they used isn’t the one my insurance company provided as their contact. I looked up Sedgwick and saw loads of negative reviews on Trustpilot, so I’m a bit worried this might be a scam. My phone didn’t even ring properly, just flagged it as potential spam. Bit sketchy if you ask me.

I've been getting calls from this number claiming there's subsidence and that they're ringing on behalf of my housing association, Optivo.
