MyHome all fall under MyHome Installations Limited, which is a legit company listed at Companies House. The business is owned and managed by Liam Walsh, who has actually been on BBC's Rogue Traders two times. I strongly advise anyone who's been contacted by them to steer clear. Be sure to warn your family and friends about this firm. They seem to target older people, which is really awful.

Received a call from them claiming they were doing a survey. However, just as quickly as the conversation began, they ended the call. Shortly afterwards, they rang me again, this time insisting that I had qualified for a complimentary alarm system! I attempted to return the call, but their number won’t accept incoming calls. All I wanted was for them to remove my number from their database.

Got a call from someone saying they were doing home security surveys nearby, I told them I’m good with my setup and just ended the call! Proper annoying!

Had a call from some guy named Billy, saying he was doing security checks nearby and even knew my address. He said someone would ring me back later. I said I wasn’t interested, but he still insisted, “I know you’re not interested but we’ll call again and you can think about it.” Sure enough, a couple of minutes later I get another call but the person didn’t say a word, so I just ended it. Saved the number in my contacts as ‘Ignore This’.

How on earth did they find my number?!? They use some kind of tech to just create numbers randomly. If it rings, the call goes through to some dodgy operator. Sometimes no one actually answers, so that’s why when you pick up, it’s dead silent. But no need to stress - they save your number and will definitely call again!

Got a call from this Maidstone number on Bank Holiday Monday lunchtime, a bloke called 'Calvin' rang me. Not the best moment for unwanted calls! He was checking if I still lived at my place. Then about five minutes later, a lady called, mentioned the first call, trying to pitch this MyHome security system. I'm on the TPS list, so really, they ought not to be ringing me up in the first place.

Received a rather intrusive call from this Maidstone number during my lunch on a Bank Holiday Monday - rather cheeky of them, considering it’s a time for relaxation! The chap, ‘Calvin,’ was simply trying to confirm if I was still the owner of my property. Just five minutes after their initial call, another individual rang me up, mentioning Calvin’s earlier conversation. She was eager to sell home security solutions from MyHome. They’ve been harassing my elderly neighbour, who's 90, and insisting they'll pop by even though she’s clearly not interested. When I rang their number to put a stop to any upcoming visit, I was met with a dismissive recorded message-talk about a blatant sign of bad intentions!
