Despite his insistence that he was indeed a legitimate O2 representative, I suggested he send me the information via postal service before hanging up. Shortly after, a second call came in from another chap, also sporting an Indian accent, who claimed to be the manager and was after the same sensitive information. Again, I refused and reiterated my request for the details to be sent in the post. He promptly terminated the call. Just a heads up, this reeks of a scam!
