Several times I’ve got calls from numbers that just show up as unknown. When I answer, there’s silence on the other end and then it just hangs up after a bit. One time, I even heard breathing when I picked up, then the person said “hello” and immediately cut the call. It’s all quite creepy, been happening to me from loads of different numbers.

for the past week ive been getting loads of calls, mostly silent, they just hang up after a bit. but now they’ve started ringing me really early in the morning and woke me up twice already. its proper annoying and feels like harrassment. the caller only ever mumbles some name ive never heard of.

So, this number rang me up in the afternoon, and when I picked up, all I could hear was a telly playing somewhere, but no one actually talking. It felt really strange, not sure what that was about.

He said he was from nearby and needed to inspect the pipes, but he had no clue where I lived, which felt quite dodgy to me.

I don’t usually pick up phone calls from numbers I don’t recognise, especially that late at night. Like, around 3 or 4 in the morning! A couple of nights ago, the same unknown number rang and I finally picked up just to say hello, and a bloke said hello back. It seriously gave me chills so I quickly ended the call. Then, they called again straight away but this time I ignored it.
