Receiving calls each day, it seems to be some sort of call centre operation. The only discernible sounds amidst the chaos are a few scattered words lost in a sea of background clatter.

I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent who actually asked for me by name. Then outta nowhere she coughed right into the phone! Seems like they need to work on their call centre skills a bit. When I tried ringing back, some automated voice said "bye" real polite-like and then cut me off. The 01621 code is definitely from Maldon area.
