Got a call from a woman saying she was from BT's personal safety team, telling me our internet had been hacked and that some criminals abroad were stealing our info. When I told her I’d just hang up and ring the number on my bill instead, she suddenly got quite rude and defensive.

A woman called but didn’t say who she was, just mentioned something about my internet. I told her everything’s fine with it and hung up while she was still talking. Definitely blocked right away since it seemed like a scam or some sort of phishing try.
