2 yearsBEWARE OF THIS SCAM!! A bloke pretending to be from O2 gave me a ring, and called me Ma’am. He said my sim had to be blocked and replaced due to some "network glitch." When I asked why he didn’t know my name, he claimed his system was down. Thought he was taking the mick, asked if he was joking, then he put his “manager” on the line who started talking about some resistance thing. I threw in a few Star Wars quotes for fun, and he said he’d put me on hold to sort a new sim card. Told him he was the worst scammer ever and hung up. The best bit?
