I got a call from a person claiming to be with BT Openreach, saying they wanted to boost my internet speed. I told them I wasn’t interested and didn’t need any help with faster internet. They then kept calling me uneducated, which was quite rude, before hanging up abruptly. When I rang the number back, the voicemail said something like Mark Nichola? Il! Does anyone else know this 01620827679 number? It’s local to me, and the guy sounded Indian. Seems suspicious to me.
