Someone called pretending to be from Barclaycard, asking my wife to ring a specific number. She wasn’t having any of it and rang Barclaycard herself, who confirmed it wasn’t them. Then the phone rang again, same caller, so she just hung up straight away. The call showed as coming from a North Berwick number in Scotland.
