I have no clue who this number belongs to, but they've been calling non-stop all day. Every time I pick up, they stay silent for a few seconds then just end the call.

This number called me but I usually ignore calls from unknown numbers, although every now and then I pick up just in case it’s something important. Sadly, many folks still don’t have caller ID or they answer every unknown call out of fear they might miss something crucial. It’s really upsetting that some people do this to strangers - I can’t imagine how they sleep at night trying to scam others and possibly steal their money or personal details.
