I got in touch with Urns for Angels about a month back, gave them my phone number and email to ask some stuff. They sorted everything out pretty fast by email, which was great. But today, they rang me up. I didn’t pick up as I suspected they were probably trying to sell me an urn or something. Bit irritating, but seems genuine enough.

Some bloke rang me claiming he was from BT’s tech support. Thing is, I checked with the actual BT tech team and they said they’d never give you a ring like that. The guy wanted me to log into my computer and all that, but I knew straight away it was dodgy.
